Caffeine Bullets are energy chews formulated for athletic performance. The caffeine is absorbed as you chew, kicking in faster than gels, pills or drinks, so that you can train harder for longer.
My friend recommended them to me after he heard about them on Dragons Den, so I thought I would try them out and they are brilliant!

How Many Calories In Each Chew?
Each chew contains 27 calories.
How Much Caffeine In Each Chew?
The mint flavour has 100mg of caffeine and the chocolate orange flavour has 85mg of caffeine.
When Should You Take Caffeine Bullets?
Take 1 or 2 chews 30 minutes before your race or training unless the duration is more than 90 minutes, then take 0 chews before your race or training and take them during your workout.
If you are running a marathon aim to take them around mile 16 or 18 for a pick me up.
Do not take more than 4 chews per day.
