Little Bromley 10K is in the rural village of Little Bromley in Essex and is without a doubt one of the fastest courses you will find for a 10K race.
Route
The route is single lap through the picturesque countryside lanes of the village of Little Bromley.
It follows the countryside roads and is pancake flat with a few undulations that appear to only go in your favour and not up.
There are marker signs every KM and it is well marshalled throughout.
The roads are not closed roads, but I only saw 1 car and several cyclists that had stopped to let runners through.
There a few turns to make but the long stretches of road more than make up for this.
Parking
There is plenty of free parking on one of the fields off Honey Pot Lane, it is sign posted and marshalled to point you in the right direction.
Toilets
There are plenty of portable toilets at registration and a further 6 near the start line.
Medals
This is a no medal race but you did get the choice of a Harwich Runners neck buff or a Little Bromley 10K race mug.
Photos
I saw a number of people taking photos but I believe these were local photographers affiliated with local running clubs taking part rather than official race photographs.
Cost
It costs £10 for affiliated runners and £12 for unaffiliated runners which I think considering it has chip timing makes it even more incredible value.
Who Organises It?
The race is put on by Harwich Runners, a local running club in the area.
How To Enter?
You can enter on the Harwich Runners website.
Your need to be quick once entry opens as this race normally sells out its 750 capacity really quickly.

Would I Enter Again?
Definitely. This is without doubt the fastest best value 10K race I have entered so far with a great atmosphere.
It is well organised and superb value for money.
