SETTING UP YOUR ICE BATH
Setting up your Zenchill Ice Bath is straightforward. The instructions are clear, making it easy even for those who may be new to cold therapy.

SUPPORT STANDS
Set up your ice bath by unfolding and flipping it upside down. Insert the 6 support stands into the designated slots for stability.
INFLATABLE RING
Make sure the non-return valve is in first otherwise it will not stay inflated. Use the hand pump provided to fill the ring with air.
DRAINAGE HOSE
The drain feature is particularly convenient, it arrives glued on and does not need setting up. Make sure the valve is closed before filling with water.
FILL IT UP
Add cold water to your ice bath until it's about 20cm from the top, slightly over halfway full. This usually takes around 15 minutes. As you get in, the water level will rise.
I added one 5kg bag of ice but you may want to add more if you want it colder.
THERMAL LID
The Zenchill ice bath includes an external thermal lid to maintain cold and regulate temperature.
ALL WEATHER LID
Once done with the ice bath, cover with the lid and secure using the draw strings to maintain the water cleanliness.
To ensure your water stays clean, make sure to securely cover the ice bath with the lid and fasten it using the draw strings.
STORAGE BAG
The bag is a really handy feature to help store your ice bath and extras for travel or storage.
