Nike says a UK size 9 weigh approximately 200g.
My UK size 9 shoes weigh 194g.
HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?
I have had mine for well over a year now and I mostly use them on the running track, which is probably the harshest environment for them.
They have worn a little on the heel but less than I would of expected given how I have used them.
If you keep them just for road racing I think you could easily get 200 to 300 miles out of them.
HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?
The Nike Vaporfly 3 shoes retail at £239.99.

WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM?
Yes, whilst plenty of people use them for marathons, personally due to the aggressive nature of the trainers I find they make my calves and achilles quite tight and I think these are best suited for me for shorter races like the 5K and 10K.
Personally I would use the Alphafly for anything longer for the extra cushioning and support that it offers.
