Bone conducting headphones are a game changer especially if like me, you live in a village where sometimes you have to run on the road as there are no paths.

Aftershokz's bone conducting technology allows you to be aware of your surroundings while listening to your music or podcast.

This has meant I could still hear the traffic whilst running. I just can't do that with in ear headphones without putting them on a really low volume.

Unlike other headphones or earbuds they stay on your ears and do not slide off or fall out.

The quality of sound is still really good, the volume goes load enough you can still really get behind that pumping beat to help you run quicker and deep bass.

Is it studio quality sound? No, but it allows you to be safe on the road, it is super easy to change tracks, even take a call and play or pause via the buttons either side of the headphones.

The bluetooth connection even allows you to connect with your computer and I have even used these on zoom calls during lockdown with great success.

But more importantly they are England Athletics approved so can be used in some races where headphones are banned, but make sure you check with the race organiser first.

What Colours Are Available?
