2 - What Is Your Favourite Race Distance?

50KM trail races - around 3 to 4 hours of racing with a bit of elevation but not a crazy amount.

Competition - I just love the fact that I can complete almost on weekly basis against different runners and different courses.

6 - What Is Your Favourite Race That You Look Forward To Every Year?

I usually do 20-30 races a year so hard to say but I have done the The North Face 50KM trail race in Hong Kong 6 years in a row before covid hit.

7 - If You Could Only Choose One Pair Of Trainers To Train In, What Is Your Weapon Of Choice?

Probably the Nike Pegasus - I think they work well for easy runs and even key sessions, I run in them even on the trails - they are a great all-round shoe!

8 - Are You A Fan Of Super Shoes For Racing?

Yes absolutely, on the roads you can’t go past the Nike Next%, super light and bouncy.

Do strength and mobility work on a regular basis - I have over 50 home workouts for runners on my YouTube channel.
