Not all runners get on with gels and prefer snacks to keep them going when they exercise.
The GU Stroopwafel delivers all the nutrients you need to improve your run that you would get from an energy gel.
They contain quality carbohydrates, essential amino acids, and electrolytes. Each Stroopwafel has a layer of syrup between two thin wafers and is individually packaged to make it portable.
They can be eaten as a snack before a run, or while you’re out running.

How Big Are They?
The Stroopwafel was smaller than I was expecting but this does actually make sense so that you can carry it on runs and it is only 150 calories.
