Disclosure - We were gifted this massage gun by the Bob & Brad team to test out there new C2 massage gun in return for a honest review.
Being in the UK, I will be honest and say I had not heard of Bob and Brad before, but I did a quick google search and found out Bob and Brad are extremely popular physical therapists in the USA with nearly 5 million followers on YouTube!
I have obviously been living under a rock as I told my sports massage therapist about the massage gun and he told me he followed them on YouTube!
I tested the C2 massage gun to see if it would accelerate my pre-run warm-up and post-run recovery.
What Is Included?
The Bob and Brad C2 massage gun kit includes:

What Is The Battery Life?
The Bob & Bard C2 massage gun has a rechargeable battery and there are 4 battery indication lights at the bottom of the massage gun.
4 full dots lights indicate a full battery reducing down to 1 dot light when the battery has nearly run out.
You can recharge the battery quickly using the Type C USB cable provided and it is really quick to charge.
It claims to have 180 minutes of continuous use, whilst I did not time every time I used it, the battery life was really good and was more than adequate to easily do 4 or 5 massages without needing to charging it.
Is It Easy To Use?
Yes - Simply hold down the button on the back of the massage gun for several seconds and it will start on the slowest setting.
You simply press the button on the back once to increase the speed, until you get to maximum speed.
It also includes a printed manual showing you how to target different areas of your body that is easy to follow.
What Is The Weight & Design Like?
One of things I really loved about the Bob and Brad C2 massage gun was how light it was compared to other massage guns I have used and the ergonomic handle. It is only 0.68kg in weight.
Most other massage guns have a circular handle, but the C2 has more of a oval handle making the ergonomic silicone grip easy to handle and comfortable to hold for long periods, without making your hand or arm ache.
Is It Noisy?
No - The proprietary brushless motor with ULTRA-QUIET Technology makes it the quietest experience possible.
In comparison to my other massage gun, the Bob and Brad C2 massage gun was much quieter and I can easily hear the TV without having to increase the volume.
How Many Speed Settings Does It Have?
The Bob & Brad C2 massage gun has 5 speed settings, which are indicated at the back of the gun at the top with 5 dots lights.
1 dot light is the slowest lightest setting and 5 dot lights is the fastest most powerful setting.
C2 vs Q2 Comparison
The C2 is the bigger more powerful massage gun, but there is a Q2 massage gun that is less powerful and more easier to transport around.

Conclusion
Would I recommend the The Bob and Brad C2 massage gun? It is the best massage gun I have used to date. It is incredibly light, easy to use, quiet and easy to handle.
It is on the more expensive side of the plethora of massage guns on the market, but I think the price reflects the great value and quality you get with this product.
